Each item in our line is crafted by hand in our California production facility, and dimensions may vary slightly.
Our design department will assist you in the adaptation of an existing style to your specific needs, or we will create a new design for you as per your specifications.
Custom finishes can be developed to meet your specific needs. When requesting to match a customer’s finish sample, a physical sample is required to produce a strike off for approval. Please contact us for more information and pricing.
Our lamps feature high-quality handmade shades. Shades are available in any of our standard fabrics or parchments and may be ordered to match the finish on the fixture, or you may provide your own material. Parchment shades may be leather or wax laced. Please note: English parchment must be laced. See our Shades page for more information.
Wiring and Standards
Hanging Fixtures: All chandeliers and hanging lanterns are provided with three feet of chain, canopy finished to match the fixture. Additional chain or swag mount may be ordered.
Wall Lamps and Wall-Mount Lanterns: All wall-mount fixtures are wired for direct mounting. Wall lamps may be ordered with up to three feet of cord cover, plug, and pin switch.
Floor and Table Lamps: All floor and table lamps are provided with six feet of cord. Cord switches or additional cord may be added.
Lanterns: Please specify interior or exterior use.
Our unique finishes are applied by hand. Multi-coat antiquing and hand rubbing are required in the finishing process, and as a result, variation will occur. If two or more items are required, please order at the same time.
Our base price includes three feet of chain, lamp shade(s), and any standard finish. For tables, it is for base or frame only.

Terms of Sale
A 50% deposit must accompany all orders. Upon notification of completion, the balance is due and payable within 10 days. Orders not paid for within 10 days of notification will be subject to a storage fee.
Please read the acknowledgment of your order carefully, and notify us immediately of any changes or corrections.
Our typical production time for standard items is six to ten weeks. Orders requested to be completed in less than six weeks may be subject to a rush charge. Contact us today for pricing.
There is an additional charge for rewiring once fixture is in production. Contact us today for pricing.
Our products are custom made for you. If an item is cancelled while in production, a cancellation charge of up to 25% may be applied based upon time and material spent. No cancellation will be allowed on custom items already in production.

Shipping and Claims
All shipments are F.O.B. from our factory in Orange County, California. We recommend that you open and inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. If damage is discovered, or if the box is damaged in any way, have the delivery driver note said damage on the bill of lading. In the case of damage, including internal damage, save all packing material, and file a freight claim with the carrier within five days.
We have secured very reasonable freight rates with our preferred carriers, and we pass these rates directly on to you. All freight quotes provided by our shipping department are an estimate.
All verbal orders must be confirmed with a purchase order.
Chandeliers: Specify style number, chain length, finish, and shade fabric or parchment selection.
Wall Lamps: Specify style number, finish, and shade fabric or parchment selection. Please indicate if cord cover and/or pin switch are required.
Table Lamps: Specify style number, finish, and shade fabric or parchment selection.
Floor Lamps: Specify style number, finish, and shade fabric or parchment selection.
Tables: Specify style number, finish, and table size. Length, width, height, and glass inset. If glass is to float on top, please advise. If glass is to be inset, please indicate the glass thickness.
Lanterns: Specify style number and glass selection. If a lantern is for exterior location, please indicate whether or not you require tropical coating/rust inhibitor.
If a purchase order is submitted, and you have not received confirmation within ten days, please contact our order department.
